What makes Curb Appeal Painting different is simple: integrity and putting the customer at the center of our business.
Each decision we make is guided by our unwavering commitment to acting with integrity. We treat our customers and our team with respect and work tirelessly to do the right thing. This simple concept sets us apart in the contracting world.
Our customers return time and again knowing that we will always work hard to ensure their complete satisfaction. These principles have been the key to our success for nearly 15 years and helped make us Cleveland's leader in the residential painting market.

I'm a graduate of Bowling Green State University where I met my wife of 18 years, Cassie. We have 3 great kids who keep us very busy with school and outside activities. Running my own business has always been a goal of mine. Owning Curb Appeal Painting has allowed me to achieve that goal. I enjoy running a business that operates with integrity and honesty. I strive to make our painting projects meet our customers expectations, as well as, our own personal high standards.

The construction industry has always been a passion of mine since I was a child. I graduated from Mentor High School, and was quickly off to The Ohio State University to study Construction Systems Management. After graduating from Ohio State in 2007 I joined Curb Appeal, and enjoy my day to day job as the General Manager. I am married to my grade school sweetheart, and we have 3 children. We live in Mentor, and enjoy biking, walking, and spending time with our family. The best part of my job is meeting new people every day, and offering them solutions to their painting problems.
Mark Phillips, Office Manager
I grew up in southern Ohio, and moved to this area to attend Kent State University, where I met my wife of 21 years. I've worked in the painting industry for 25 years, and am the proud father of two smart beautiful children. I hope to someday semi-retire and move back to southern Ohio, where my grandchildren will visit me often.
